For this project, I was tasked with redesigning a kitchen for a couple in their fifties. The mandate included a site survey of the existing space, the development of a complete set of plans, and an accompanying concept booklet outlining design intent and material choices.

The clients’ requirements included generous counter space, a peninsula or island, pantry storage, optimized cabinetry and drawers, and the integration of existing appliances. I also determined the spatial configuration, window placement, and technical specifications for the range hood and microwave.

This project showcased my skills in space planning, technical drafting, 3D visualization, and client-centered design, as well as my ability to translate functional requirements into a cohesive and aesthetically balanced concept.
